Sri Lanka scored 397-10 in the first innings against Bangladesh at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chattogram on Monday (May 16).
Nayeem Hasan picked up six wickets, while Angelo Mathews missed his double ton for a single run.
Nayeem picked up two wickets just before the draw of the first session of Day 2. He ended the 136-run partnership between Mathews and Dinesh Chandimal by dismissing Chandimal on 66 and got rid of Niroshan Dickwella (3) in the same over.
Chandimal scored 66 in 148 balls with two fours and three sixes.
Earlier, the tourists reached 258 for four at stumps after electing to bat first on what looked like a placid pitch in Chattogram.
