A fire broke out at a textile waste godown in Gazipur early Wednesday.
The blaze started in the godown in the Dewaliabari area of Konabari around 4.45am.
Being informed, five fire service units rushed to the spot and brought under control around 8.15am, said Miraj Islam, an officer at Gazipur DBL Fire Service Station.
According to locals, three godowns including the godown of Hamim Khan were gutted in the fire.
