Nilphamari: Girl died suddenly after returning home to see sick mother. When the news reached the sick mother, she also fell to her death.
They are mother Aymena Begum (62) and daughter Chamina Begum (28).
The incident took place in Syedpur Upazila of Nilphamari around 11 pm on Sunday (March 24). As a result, a shadow of mourning has descended on the area.
The wife of deceased Chhmir Uddin of Dalua Chowdhurypara of Kamarpukur Union of Syedpur Upazila of Nilphamari was ill for a long time. On the day of the incident, the girl went back to her husband’s house in Doalipara, Alampur Union, Taraganj Upazila, Rangpur after seeing her sick mother and eating food. Later the girl died suddenly. When this news reached her mother on her mobile phone, she got sicker. He died on the way to Rangpur Medical College Hospital.
The death of the mother and daughter within a few minutes has cast a shadow of grief on the family and local residents.
