Feni: The body of the missing navy man has been recovered from Muhuri river in Feni.
Members of the diving team from Chittagong recovered the body from the depths of the river on Saturday (April 20) around 9 pm.
Parashuram Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mohammad Shahadat Hossain Khan told BanglaNews that the body of the deceased will be sent to Feni General Hospital morgue for post-mortem.
Incidentally, the naval soldier named Abul Hasan (22) went missing while taking a bath in Shaldhar area of Chithlia Union of Parashuram Upazila of the district on Saturday afternoon. He is the son of Abul Khair of Dhanikunda village of that union. He was working as a soldier in Chittagong Naval Base.
