The Prime Minister ordered to find out why boys are lagging behind in education

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said that many people called the distribution of free books an impossible task, but the Awami League government has made it possible. He ordered to find out why the boys are lagging behind in education.

He gave this order after inaugurating the 2023-24 financial year stipend and tuition fee distribution program among meritorious students from secondary to graduate (pass) and equivalent level organized by the Ministry of Education at the Osmani Memorial Auditorium in the capital on Monday (June 24).

On this occasion, the best meritorious award of Bangabandhu Creative Talent Search-2024 and ‘Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Scholar Award-2023’ were given.

The Prime Minister said, I am really happy that we have developed digital Bangladesh, this is an example of that. What has just been inaugurated is to give stipend and tuition fees to poor and meritorious students of graduation (pass) and equivalent level.
